howdy from a oldie ....lol been a long time
HI i just wanted to pop in and say howdy.I have been busy that sometimes i wonder which way i am going..
updates i am doing well i am going on four years out (dec 29) i am still keeping the weight off. i started the journey at 301 and now i am 153....havent gain anything back but maybe a pound here or there but it goes away lol
hope this finds everyone enjoying their summer . I just moved to alvin in the country and loving it ..

You need to come here more often. As you can see we are not nearly as active as we once were. But there are still lots of us "oldies" around still. Glad you like your new country living. I've always thought that I would LOVE it too....but then....I am a city girl and I don't know for sure if country life would be for me. I know my hubby would LOVE it...but not so sure I would. Have a great weekend and pop in more often.
