Things have been really busy at work. Girl out = Phyllis has extra work to do :)
Hot days like our summers makes me wish I could work at home during the summer months !!
I thin**** is breaking records - they were like 109 at one point......still at 101 something like that at 830 last night.......OIY
A friend of mine and Amanda's is getting sleeved thru the Children's Program at Parkland this Friday Morning. She and her mom are a friend of mine on FB. Rudy Gomez - MOM Tammy. Rudy is actually having the surgery and wouldn't ya know - neither Amanda nor myself can have that day off to be with them during this journey beginning !! GRRR They understand though.
Well - gotta get head down to work............luv you all and make it a great day !!

Good morning. I've been up getting chores done. I still have to go to the bank, car wash and HEB. After that I'll shower and rest. When my husband gets in today, we will go visit his mother. Tonight Ben is cooking steaks on the grill for us. Tomorrow we leave for NOLA for a weekend vacation.

Hello Everyone,
I spent my AM in Decatur at a vets office getting my son's cat checked out. We thought that she may have had a stroke but thank God she hadn't. Seems she may have some severe infection. She had a steriod shot and some really powerful antibiotic. They said for me to bring her back sat. AM if she isn't better. I'm praying she will be it cost me a bunch of money today having bloodwork done and XRays. Praying for your friends surgery tomorrow Phyllis. Karla hope you and your husband have a wonderful weekend vacation in NOLA. It's SO hot outside. UGH....I'm looking SO forward to fall or cooler weather. Grand daughter is still not here yet. She was due on monday. Maybe tonight since there will be a Full moon. Have a amazing day & try to stay cool and hydrated today.
