Monday got here to soon. Work is all that I have on the agenda hoping for a quite easy day!
Plan to continue to journal my food, I didn't this weekend and kind of showed on scale this morning.

Good Morning Saundra and TMB family,
Thank you for the prayers for Shawn. He was admitted to Parkland Hospital on friday and they found he has a bulging disk in his back but his heart would NOT act up for him while he was there. His fiancee took him to Parkland ( dumb move when you don't live in Dallas County ). They told him he needs to go to JPS in Fort Worth ( I had ALREADY told her that )...but as you parents know....kids DON'T listen to us. LOL Glad at least to find out it wasn't his kidneys acting up, Now to get some resolution on the heart. He plans to go to JPS sometimes this week. Trust me...I NEEDED all the prayers I could get this weekend. I was off the meter with stress....WAY OFF IT !!!
Thank God I am OK this AM. I need to get back to logging food too Saundra. With stress in my life and tons of it I either don't eat much at all or go nuts. Then I get angry at myself when the digits on the scale go the wrong direction. Please continue to pray for Shawn that we do get to the bottom of the heart issues. Have a blessed day everyone and stay hydrated....going to be a HOT one !!!
