OAC's Inaugural YWM National Conference in Dallas
I posted in the past about this but couldn't remember what it was when I asked if anyone was going. It is OAC's Inaugural Your Weight Matters National Convention October 25-28 in Dallas Texas at the Hilton Anatole.

I am half the person I was in 2008.
There are a good many Texas folks going. I don't know if they participate much on this board though. A lot of us booked our rooms a month or so ago. They had a bunch of rooms marked for $1 a night at the Hilton Anatole, so we grabbed em up. The rest are $129 per night. NI think someone made a mistake,but we got a good deal. Nothing like a Hilton for 2 nights for $2.26, tax included. I was glad I booked early and noticed the almost free rooms! Mine even has a sofa, fridge and conference table to fit 6 people.
It looks like it will be a good conference. There is also a Walk From Obesity on Sunday. I think it's a separate registration from the conference.
