Work and tracking my food is all I have planned today. I have been snacking too much and need to get it under control, I am still within my range but at the point where I need to take action,
Maybe instead of napping at lunch I will take a walk.

Looks like I'm not the only one running late this morning.
I was NOT late to work - but OIY - moving that fast in the morning and then drinking an Atkins Choc shake on the way to work - did NOT settle well with the tummy !! YUCK. It will pass soon though and I can't wait... I knew better but I wanted to get something into my tummy before getting to the office so that the dern candy dishes wouldn't be calling me name..
I went to a wonder Baylor support group meeting last night in Grapevine (Irving and Grapevine locations have combined to one group) I think that there was at least 30 people there.
They are now open to the public. I took my co-worker / aka "boss" there with me last night.
The topic was on "cravings"..........Met a lady last night that I introduce this board too and she is 8 yrs out (If my memory serves me well) she has re-gained 80 lbs) she has NO support at home, or in her life......so I told her about OH, Yvonne, Bariatric Girl website and anything else that my fingers could write down quickly !!
I gotta get my head down to the desk duties and do what I'm being paid for..

I got my Mother's Day laptop early-last night-WOOHOO!!!!!!...but..in typical, non-techno Gina fashion, could not quite figure out how to set it up, to connect to my home internet, and the guys weren't home...crap..never fear...my wonderful, smarty farty, sister is coming over today, to get me all set up, so I can be in the land of the "in the loop", and stop going blind trying to FB on a 2"X3" phone screen..forget trying to get OH on it..lost cause...
S-I'm right there with you, in the snacking thing. I did away with some AWFUL habits I had picked up at the old job-and have already started some GOOD habits, on the new job..but am still going home to the SAME HOUSE, and the same bad habits THERE..maybe I should think about moving...hmmm....TRACEY and I had a serious talk..well, a serious TEXT yesterday, about how we miss our walks-and especially how we miss our TALKS, that went along with our walks-is was our "free therapy"...I don't think I really realized how much it kept me sane. We are in the process of making some SOLID exercise dates-just for us-and putting our needs FIRST, sometimes (what a concept-huh????)...It's not like I don't KNOW what to do..I can teach/preach it all day..it's living it that is the challenge (Can I get an AMEN, from the congregation????)
I still have not had an opportunity to catch up on what is going on with Y'ALL, but promise I will, once the laptop is up and running. I can't spend much time here, while at work (still trying to make a good impression, ya know), so I know all I do is talk about ME ME ME, when I sneak on here, in the mornings...I honestly don't mean to sound so self centered, but DO want to check in, and let y'all know I'm alive and thinking of you-AS ALWAYS!!!!

Gina...SO glad you got your Mothers Day gift early. WE MISS YOU in the AM !!!! Phyllis....chocolate in the AM ALWAYS makes me feel bad. Seriously....I LOVE chocolate but it hates me in the AM. Saundra....keep the weight within your range if at all possible. Not fun trying to get off a regain. Now....life is good for me. We did have a scare last week. The sono I got of our little unborn granddaughter was a 3 D and they thought that she might be down syndrome. They have pretty much ruled that out though and was released ( MY DIL ) to go back to her regular OB/GYN from the high risk dr. My life has NOT been stress freee at all in fact last week was PACKED with drama. I HATE DRAMA !!!! LOL I had to deal with it but Thank GOd it is all over. I am going back to San Antonio on friday for my son's 8 hour pass on saturday. He is now a dorm leader there and that is a awesome thing. Please keep my 2nd cousin in your prayers. He is going through some things and is really mixed up. Prayers for everyone in need. Love you guys....have a amazing day.
