Daily Plate - 5-8-12 Wednesday
Its time to start this up and get more threads on here to keep the TMB active as It once was...
I'm gonna try to post this each day........its hard too when you don't have a plan - so therefore - hoping that this will help me MAKE a plan even though it I don't have one........I'll post that anyway !!
Today - I do have a plan:
B - Atkins Choc shake DONE !!
Snack: applesauce
pistaccios done !!
Lunch: 1 cup Chicken salad (less than) w/ 5 saltine crackers done !!
Snack: peaches
peanuts done !!
Dinner: 1 cup chicken salad or Tilapia NEITHER - 1 cup of cream of chicken soup w/
2% Hood Calorie Countdown milk

- As of 11-10-13 I have had weight gain. Not happy about that.

Sometimes I feel as though I am the ONLY person that starts threads on here. LOL I will try to repond too but I am not really much of a planner unless I am going out of town. Then I plan every meal ahead of time. TOO easy to mess up on a trip.
B - ISO 100 protein shake
L- Something protein packed ( not sure yet as I don't plan ahead much LOL )
D- ??? Snacks...maybe...maybe not depending on all the protein I get in.

I eat the same ole thing all the time but will make an effort to post my plan and come back and post what I really did eat.
B: egg with salsa / toast w/SF jelly and fake butter spray - done
L: tilapia and asparagus - done
D: pork loin chops / potatoes / veggie and toast - done
S: ???? / 7 jaw breakers/ 2 bites of apple pie and 2 chips - done
3 bottles of water
