Good morning,

Guess I will get the train on the tracks this morning.

I tried to sleep late but that internal clock just would not let me.   I am up dressed and ready to start my day.  Going to support group this morning and taking dog to Vet for following up appointment this afternoon. Might do some shoe shopping between the two, I seem to have misplaced one of my tennis shoes.

Good morning, SAUNDRA, and the rest of my peeps!

Moving slowly this morning..fell asleep watching TV last night..on the couch..SOMEBODY left me there...wound up with 4 chihuahuas with me/on me..they never sleep on the couch..unless I'm there...I have several "cricks" to work out this morning, from sleeping like a large, undercooked pretzel...

No "set in stone" plans today..lots I NEED to do..but nothing I really WANT to do...I'm kinda happy laid up in the recliner, watching DVRed shows.."GCB" on now...

I did my first ceramic painting thing ,last night, with TRACEY, CONNIE C and T'd dtr, Kaylee (remember our lil "Goat Girl"? She's all grown up now)..I stunk at it..We get the finished products back in a week or two...Supposed they will look better after being "fired", or whatever they call it..bet they "fire" me, as a ceramic artist, and send me back to my day job..

Guess I'd better go weed thru my 4000 weekly emails and get some laundry going...

Good morning all. I have been a busy girl it seems. I realized I haven't posted in awhile. Well I am here today. Lots going on in my world. Work is work is work is work. Hey it pays the bills but nothing exciting to report on that end. School is going well. It was midterm week last week so I was super busy studying and preparing for the tests. We also chose last weekend to go to San Antonio. We had a wonderful time. I so needed the time away just to relax and forget about all the cares of my world. Now we are back and focusing on the next thing. Jason and I are going to build a house. Probably not until the end of the year or beginning of next but we have started the looking process and man there are so many choices. I have a house shopping headache. We looked at 4 different builders and several different floor plans. I wish we could afford to build a custom home because every floor plan we looked at had things we loved and things we really disliked. So the search continues. It's the start of my short week so work today tomorrow Monday and Tuesday then off for 4 days. Looking forward to what I hope equivalents to some R and R but if I know us we will be off and running the whole time. Happy weekend everyone.

I am at a 95 average in my oceans class and I mad an 84 on my MIS mid term. I made a 98 on my project and have a 100% in class participation so doing well. Yes I am still off every Thursday and Friday. This week I will also be off Wed and Sat. As for where we are building I honestly am not sure yet. We have looked in Forney, McKinney and Little Elm so far but haven't made up our minds yet. Location is definitely being driven by price.

JENN-Congrats on the grads-knew you could do it!!

Of those geographical regions, I bet Forney or Little Elm would be best, price wise-plus they have some pretty land

Just having a lazy, rainy day here on the east side.  Laundry going so I can get packed to head back to FL tomorrow for the week.  This is the first time in a month I'm actually packing for just a week.  I don't think I'll know how to act coming home two weekends in a row!

Hoping I don't drag the cold and rain with me to FL tomorrow.  For a supposedly sunshiney, warm state, I've been freezing most days there!!  I'm finding the weather there to be much like it is here .... changing every other day.  Oh well, at least I'm not in the frozen tundra of the midwest!!

Last load of laundry is about done in the dryer and my recliner is ready for napping while Mr. King watches some mind-numbing TV.  If I have my way, we'll stay in tonight and just relax.  I've been on the go full speed for the last 30 days or more and need some true down time.
