Hello everyone in TX!!!

Hello.. I had lapband surgery on Oct 21st, 2011, in Houston TX.  So far, I am down 52 pounds... with a long way to go.  :-)

Just looking to see who else is from Houston, I had my surgery at True Results with Dr. Ken Hollis.

There are many members in the Houston area. What part of town are you in? We can hook you up, with a support group, if you like. I'm in Joshua, just south of Ft Worth. I have family stretching from Spring to Pearland, and Galveston is my fave place on Earth, so I'm down your way as often as possible.

Welcome to the TX OH oard. Looks like you are doing well on weight loss so far.

I live about 70 miles from Houston. Hopefully more Houston area people will respond.

You will have to watch for Sean's post about his support group meetings.   i do believe he still leads several of them around the Houston area.    I am in the Fort Worth area so I am far from Houston but as Gina and Karla said LOTS from that area are on OH.    Congrats on your WLS.    I'm with Gina....your doing well so far with the band.    Have a great weekend.
