Today I did my elliptical again. I'm still testing out my knee. It did bother me some yesterday and seemed to pop and crack the first few minutes on the machine. We will see how today goes.

I ended up working late yesterday and never workout to DVD.

Plan is to workout to it for at least 15 minutes.
