Hey everyone! In an effort to get more people from the area involved this month our support group meeting will be in South Austin at Central Market Austin @ Westgate. February 18th at 10:30am-12:00 noon.

Our subject will be in regards to Staying on Track.
Bring a pen and paper for notes.
Before and after pictures are welcomed.

You and any others you may know of in search of a weight loss support group are invited! Our group is not limited to one certain weight loss surgery, it is open to pre-ops, post-ops, those thinking of weight loss surgery, and those who just in general need some type of accountability.

Our goal is to provide a support group that is positive and motivational. Also to create a strong foundation within this area to lend support to those in need.

I hope will allow me to "crash" your meeting again, sometime. i promise not to show up at this next one. I am helping my boss with her son's wedding that day---at a skating rink. Yep-you read that correctly--at a skating rink. it's the 2nd marriage for both, and they have 2 sons each, and wanted "something everyone can enjoy". I'm helping Paulette with the cakes. The bridecake is pretty traditional. The groomcake is made with ding dongs/twinkies/motorcycles/I don't know what all...You might be a redneck if...
