Monday WLS Express
Can't tell if my back hurts from her or from riding the Gravitron with Sophia at the stock show Saturday. Lol.
Hope everyone has a great day today!
Had a busy weekend and will be busy this week. We leave Sunday morning for cruise so of course I have tons of things I need to do.
Very busy at work as well so getting things done will be that much more challenging.
I plan to drop cloths off at cleaners sometime this morning and this evening make a walmart run.
Have a great day!

Hope you get some relief from your back that is killer having back pain. I am super stressed right now and not happy at all about it. I HATE stress and it is always my middle son doing it to me. UGH Please keep me in my family in your prayers. I will be driving him to San Antonio sometimes this week to the Teen Challenge there. That's about it as to what is going on here at my house. Have a great day.

GOD GRANT ME THE SERENITY TO ACCEPT THE THINGS I CAN NOT CHANGE; COURAGE TO CHANGE THE THINGS THAT I CAN; AND THE WISDOM TO KNOW THE DIFFERENCE !!!! THIS IS MY DAILY PRAYER.

Saundra...get that cruise packing done. We are going on one this summer. We have got to book it soon.
Alissa...hope your back feels better.
Viv...sounds like your son made a good decision. It should de-stress you to know he will continue to get the help he needs. I'd sure be willing to drive 12 hours one day and miss my support group to help him accompli**** It's a good thing. If you worked outside the home it would be harder, but since you don't, you don't have to even miss work. Hang in there. It will be fine.
Have a good day everyone.

Not much going on in my corner....
This past weekend was just enjoyable....no other words to describe that...I finally did something this weekend that I've had in my heart to do - I just needed to get up the encouragement and just do it.........FB friends know that I went to a nursing home this past weekend and I'll be playing piano for the residents for approx an hour every Saturday. I'm a little nervous now - because thats a 'committment" that I feel that I need to be there EVERY Saturday. But I so enjoy it and I'm really working on getting my heart in a better place after feeling like it was ripped from me last year.....
I've also gotten more involved with a church family.....I'm now playing piano and part of the praise-team for MeadowBrook Baptist Church in Irving. We had a meeting yesterday and it went rather well - I just don't wanna cross any boundaries with me being the new kid on the block and I don't think that they think that of me at all - but I'm so easily intimidated and fortuneately - my pastor's wife knows that and understands that becuase I have shared that information with her - so with all of that having been said - I left the house yesterday am at 8am and didn't get home until almost 9pm last night.... my poor poodle was just sooooo excited to see me - he wouldn't let me go to sleep last night...........such a spoiled puppy !! ( 4 1/2 yrs old) but I wouldn't have it any other way...........we had a "5th sunday Sing" where anyone who wants to can share their talents, sing, play an instrument or anything like that last night and then finger foods served afterwards - and I just hung out and visited with everyone.......felt good to have that "feeling" again that I've lost in the past 4-5 yrs..
Vivan: I'm so glad that Shawn is heading south to finish his time with Teen Challenge. It will be okay and I'm sure that God has a plan for me, somewhere and in some time !!
Alissa - I think that we are getting too old for some of those rides....lol HOpe you feel better quickly.
Karla: Have a Great day !! Now - go get that cruise planned.......quick before you change your mind !! lol
time for my head to get to work !! (((((love you all )))))))))))))
