Exercise Monday

Today is my break from exercise...I've been at it 8 or more days in a row. Tomorrow will be C25K again.

What are you doing today for movement?

Nobody much posted last week...don't forget it's a key to weight loss or maintenance...we all know that. This is a support forum rather than a social forum...let's show newbies what we SHOULD be doing to be healthy!

HI Karla !!  You are right..

My sister shared with me over the weekend that she only excercises for about 15 min a day - so I took that as a challenge ( I haven't shared that with her yet) - I'm gonna aim for going to our
work out center here at work and do something in the way of movement for at  least 15 min
each day this week...

  • As of 11-10-13 I have had weight gain.  Not happy about that.
