B: 1-1/2 egg over medium, turkey bacon
S: caramel machiato
L: leftover sirloin/ pickle(odd combo but it was good)
D: Pappasitos(margarita, chips n salsa)

Good Morning Ladies...

It's a fresh start to a new week for me.  I need it, too.  Last was a crazy, unpredictable, chaotic week for me & that's just rough on me.  

I'm using TODAY is my "re-set."

The Master Plan:
- calendar in my WLS support - Make it PRIORITY!
- healthy food choices
- planned meals/planned eating
- exercise
- OA meeting
- house cleaning
- Reading & a good movie (drama)
