Today is my day to do Couch to 5K. Week one, Day 3

I've gotten up and done it!


Get moving...it's a shame NO One else posted about exercising on here yesterday. Come on folks, participate. The idea into get moving, even if only a bit. You don't have to run a whole marathon. Doing 25 sit ups counts. You can do that even if you have leg or foot issues. If you can't do that because it hurtsnyour back, do arm exercises. Just get moving.

I am yet to start a excercise  routine but seeing your post I has made me get up and move while watching TV.  I know it at much but I figured at least I am moving.

Goal today is to do at least the 5 min section of DVD
