What have you done to move it today?
I did week 1, day 2 of Couch to 5 K
The only bad part was getting up at 5 am and going out in the cold and dark.
The second day seemed much easier.
I am using the app: Get Running that is 2.99. I like it and can play my iPod music with it running and the app tells me what to do and when over the music.
just do something.
No excuses if you aren't in a hospital bed...you can do something 3-5 days per week.

I TRIED doing "track walking" last night-thought it would be "easy peasy", but my left thigh thought otherwise (the one I tore at White Rock)-started throbbing after only a mile. I will check with PT today, even though they dc'd me with "full release". I went home and did upper body, with the 10 lb kettle balls..and can barely type this morning...Hope you are happy, KARLA..lol..YOU are my inspiration to get myself moving again!!
