If you DON'T already have plans for January 21st @ 10:30 a.m. mark your calendars NOW and come out to IKEA in Round Rock for the first OH Rox Round Rock support group meeting of 2012.

If you DO have plans CANCEL them!  Just kidding!  You should know you will miss hanging out with a lot of positive, motivational, supportive and FUN people.

Everyone is welcome, this group is not limited to one certain weight loss surgery, it is open to pre-ops, post-ops, those thinking about weight loss surgery, and those who just in general need some type of accountability.

Good luck to you guys and hope you have a great turnout to your upcoming meeting.   Keep on keeping on as far as putting the word out about the meeting and eventually you will have a pretty good turnout especially if there aren't many support groups around.    My advice is also list it on the message boards here on OH and I am sure there will be some show up from those.    Good luck again my friends.
