B: Ham and cheese omelet / toast with SF jelly
L: Chicken Salad / light chips
D: ????
S: 100 cal snack / ????
64 oz of water

Todays plan and NOT necessarily in this order:

B:   2 sc eggs - 4 sl bacon...

Snack:  not sure if I'll need one........but  protein cheesecake pudding..NF/SF

Lunch:  Cottage Cheese w/cin and splenda........

Atkins Shake somewhere in this mix......???

Snack:  NSA peaches

Dinner:  BBQ chicken & cheese rollups..

  • As of 11-10-13 I have had weight gain.  Not happy about that.

45 Min. Exercise - done 

B - Protein Shake
L - Lean/Lite Frozen Meal
S - Baby Carrots
D - 3oz. Protein & 1/2c steamed veggies
S - SF Jello

Journal food/activity
Increase water intake
Take all my vitamins (1/2 done)
