D: Pork loin / asparagus / potatoes
S: 100 cal snack / frozen banana slices
64 oz of water

Here what I have in store for today.

B.  Green tea and Hot tea.............Saus, egg & cheese bagel (about 1/2 of it...

Lunch:  BBQ chicken w/ cheese roll ups..

Dinner:  Leftover meatloaf and/or 1% cottage cheese...

  • Total Lost:  139 lbs
  • Current Weight:  263  
  • As of 11-10-13 I have had weight gain.  Not happy about that.
