Here is my plan...stuck fairly well yesterday and today will be better since there is no feast at work today!
B coffee, water and later crust less quiche
S sf iced coffee and chicken broth
L chef salad
D chicken eggplant Parmesan (egg face recipe that is delicious)
S Greek Yogurt w fruit
Lots of water also

I did OK yesterday got a little off plan with the snacking
Today's plan
B: Ham and cheese omelet / toast
L: Tilapia / Cheese Broc & Potatoes
D: Pork Loin / Asparagus / Mashed Potatoes
S: Frozen banana slices / 100 grand bar (fun size)
64 oz of water
I did OK yesterday got a little off plan with the snacking
Today's plan

I did pretty good yesterday too.......stuck with what was in my lunch bag
I did grab a couple of mints and chewed on them......mouth was really dry for some reason...:(
Todays plan: Not a good one.........I got in a hurry this morning and just didn't "think" too well.

Lemon Lift Hot Tea..........love this stuff....
Lunch: BBQ chicken (Tyson - luncheon meat) and Kraft cheese rollups
Snack: Protein Pudding
Dinner: Leftover meatloaf and 1% cottage cheese
