S sf iced coffee and chicken broth
L. Provided by boss...hopefully chipped beef and beans
D grilled steak and sautéed green beans
S 100 calorie snack

B: Ham and cheese omelet / toast with SF jelly
L: Chicken salad / light chips
D: Steak / veggie / mashed potatoes
S: Frozen banana slices / fun size 100 grand
64 oz of water

Lunch:  Meatloaf w/ moz cheese

Dinner:  1% cottage cheese

  • As of 11-10-13 I have had weight gain.  Not happy about that.

- Exercise, even if I don't feel like it

No...i just dump Mj cheese, cheddar, jalapeños and eggs in a sprayed pan and stir and bake at 350 for half an hour. It's pretty much like egg face bites, but I put more cheese and less eggs. I don't like it really eggy. I use a 13 x 9 pan, about 6 cups of cheese, 1/4 c jalapeños and 7 eggs. It even freezes well.
