ALL ABOARD!!

I don't expect ridership to be too heavy today since for most today is still a holiday.  Not moi.  Have to get "suited and booted" and put in an appearance around my municipality.  Thankfully the phones did not ring yesterday so got to enjoy hanging around the house.

Now get out there take those returns back and use those gift cards!!

Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

Good morning, DON and my TMB sisters! I hope your Christmas was all you hoped it would be. I had declared yesterday a "no computer day"-and-as luck would have it-guess which family member knocked a cup of coffee on her cell phone on Saturday?..So...no OH for me yesterday..I can't access from my phone, anyway, but it meant I haven't been on FB in 48 hours either...*gasp*..and I'm still breathing...who knew...Richard put the sims card in an old phone, so I can call/text, but no fancy stuff. Guess I'll be going to the phone store today, and asking for a "coffee-proof" model..or a "clutz proof" one...

Had a low key, very nice Christmas here. The only "little kid" was 4 yr old Brayden, but he's loud anough, and has enough energy for about 6 little kids. It was great soaking up his excitement. When someone would open a package, before THEY could say anything HE would say "Oh crap-clothes" (where does the kid get THAT mouth??)..or if the pkg was in a brown box, he'd say-and was sincerely serious "How sad-you just got a box-you must have been bad". We did Christmas Eve here-just the 4 of us-never did that before-and really liked it. I had a very "Mickey Christmas"-complete with pjs, watch, hat and cookie jar-I was in love!

I can't wait to hear more all about what y'all did-read yesterday's train, and saw some-the common factors were "family" and "friends"..I love it!

We have plans to meet up with GAYE and Steve tonight-haven't seen them in forever. She sends her love to all of you!

Hope everyone has a safe day, if you are travelling, or braving those stores!

Good morning. Our Christmas decorations are allput away until next year. Today Ben has to pack for our trip. Mines about done. We have to make a run to the bank, PO and Walmart after he wakes up and I'm washing a last load of laundry.

I plan on spending the rest of the day making a list ODf restaurants on my phone for easy access while gone.

We are leaving at the crack of dawn tomorrow because our flight is at 8:00 am from the Sugarland Regional airport. It will be small jets, so hopefully that won't be too scary. I flew on a very small commercial one once years ago.

I'll check back in on OH in 2012 when we return home from the Cayman Islands. Have a happy New Year!

Good morning

Had a great Christmas with the family and visiting Dad last night.  He is on track to get out around the 5th so we will do celebrate again when he gets out.

I don't really have anything planned for today, may go to the movies, do some shopping or just chill around the house with DH since we are both off today.

Have a great day!
