I am off today so I will be out running errands so no planned menu today

My plan for the day


- Make good food choices
- Portion control
- Watch snacking
- 64 oz of water
- Take Vitamins
- Exercise (walking via shopping)

- Vitamins
- Up water intake
- OA Meeting
- 3 Healthy Meals & 1 snack
- Productive day at the office
- Reading time w/ Ms. Vivian
- Post new FHH Support Group Topic
