LOSE IT 4 LIFE SUPPORT GROUP WILL MEET TOMORROW

 Good Morning Everyone,

If you live in the DFW area and are in need of a support group LOSE IT 4 LIFE support group will be meeting tomorrow from 3:30 - 4;30 PM at Carroll Watkins Driving School.....303 N. Main St......Keller. Tx. 76248.    With all the holiday parties going on we ALL can use some extra support and encouragement in this WL journey we are on.     Also if you come and have some clothes that you can no longer wear....we have a monthly clothing exchange to help as you are losing your weight.    PLEASE if you bring clothes.....only bring clothes that are still stylish.    If you wouldn't wear it today....then probably no one else would either.    Hope to see you tomorrow.

this sunday is my only one not working but unfortunsyely cannot attend. Have grandgirl Teenie till 2pm (she is cuddled up asleep next to me!) and then I an spending the rest of the day with my wonderful brother! He was worried about my sister and I and wanted to reassure  us snd help us anyway he could soheflew in from Nashville on Friday!! It is so wonderful having my Big Brother back in my life!! He was always my hero but time and distance have kept us from being as close!!! this has been the roughest week for themonth and I DID get though it, worked 58 hrs with no lunch or breaks and being ther 6 1/3 days but I made!! It is all easy peasey from here!! Hope and know your meeting will be wonderful!! Meggie
