Wow. I admire you guys for being so good with your food choices. I would starve to death. I am trying to cut back. Here's my plan for today:

B: low-carb tortilla/cheese
S: protein bar
L: WW pizza
S: string cheese
D: chicken/baked potato
S: greek yogurt/choc SF jello
S: grapes
