Here is my plan:
B coffee and 1/2 breakfast sandwich
S sf iced coffee
L chef salad...how I've missed you for the past 2 weeks!
D fish and veggie
S cheese crisps

I don't usually post on OH anymore but am trying to start again. So here's my plan for today...
B - Protein Coffee and 1/2 breakfast sandwich
L - Healthy Choice Meal
S - 100 cal snack
D - Low Carb Tortilla Pizza
of course vitamins and lots of water.
I really need to go shopping to get some fresh veggies and fruit so I can have better lunches and snacks but am recovering from a Extended Tummy Tuck still and the grocery store wears me out so have been letting DH do the shopping. He picks microwave meals that have 30 carbs or less and I've been supplementing the protein through my coffee and or shakes. I'm 5 weeks out and getting more energy everyday maybe I'll brave the grocery store on next weeks shopping trip. :)

Somehow I managed to gain 7 pounds in 4 days last week so I'm back to tracking my food (actually I was 4 pounds below goal before Thanksgiving so I had gotten to 3 pounds over my goal weight). Thankfully today I was back at goal. I plan to keep tracking on myfitnesspal until the new year so I can keep my weight in check over the holidays.
