I am not real great with starting the train. I was hoping someone would have started it by now but I've been here 3 times and so I decided maybe it was MY day to do it. LOL Prayers going out for our Meggie, her 2 sisters and her brother and all their family today as they lay her Momma to rest. 5 yrs. ago I was going through the same thing with my Momma and it still hurts. Love ya Meggie!!!
Hope everyone is preparing for our big challenge day on thursday. I know I have been bringing food in my home like we have none ( LOL that's a joke ). My son's have been putting in their pie orders. LOL I hate to say that as much as I love the holiday's,......I HATE alll the junk foods and fattening foods that made me fat in the first place being at arms length. UGH I will get through it this year though like I have the past 6 yrs. Oh and BTW....today is my 6 yrs. surgiversary. Can't believe it has been 6 yrs. This was the best decision ( other than marrying my hubby and my 3 sons ) that I have ever made. Enough of me.....hope everyone is going to have a blessed and great day. Keep Meggie in your thoughts and prayers if you will today and this week. Drive safely cause the roads are wet around the DFW area. Have a blessed day !!!

Good morning, VIVIAN and the rest of our TMB family! I did TRY to get the train on the tracks this morning-but OH and my laptop just didn't want to synch up this morning-that happens sometimes-esp in early morning hours-that may be when the OH s server reboots itself.
I second what Vivian said about MEGGIE and her family. The visitation was packed last night-just one testament to M's mom's life, and how she must have touched so many lives. the various pictures of her were so intersting-even to someone like me, who only "knew" her thru M. continued prayers as they face the funeral/celebration of life today.

I'm not as challenged by the actual "holiday eating", as I am the AFTERWARDS. I guess that's because I have never been a QUANTITY eater, but have been, and unfortunately will probably always be, a GRAZER, so LEFTOVERS, sitting on the counter, are a real challenge for me...a bite here..a nibble there..and eaten standing up they never "count"--right????
Time to go do some of what I get paid for-hope everyone has a safe/happy day!

that she "did my hair" OH MY......least I say that it was SHORT - like that Susan Powter girl GIRL !! and yes............she dyed my hair that BLONDE Too.......need I say that I stood out at work. Yes I'm thinking about doing something with my hair for weeks now and it just took over in my dream !!
CONGRATS Vivian - you are doing awesome and you WILL get thru these next few days and/weeks. I hate the holidays because of all the food lately.....thats all I think about is FOOD !! and some days............
