Good morning,

I will be at my sisters today so don't know what I will be eating, but I have a different routine on weekends than I do during the week. 

What is your plan for the weekend?


My Plan
- Make good food choices
- Watch portion size
- Watch snacking
- Take vitamins
- Drink 64 oz of water
