Good morning,

Got a little off plan yesterday but nothing major. 

What is your plan for the day?

My plan

B: Ham and cheese omelet / toast
L: Chicken salad on light chips
D: Chicken or Tilapia / veggie / potatoes
S: Banana / 100 snack of some sort
64 oz of water

My plan for today:

B coffee, then a few bites hash browns and 1/2 sausage patty...economizing and eating leftovers from dinner a few nights ago.
S sf coconut iced coffee
L chef salad with WF dressing
D frito pie...have a can of chili and fritos and cheese..long have to "cook" that way.

I'll be glad when hubby is GONE so I can bake my fish again and not have to plan for someone else.
