Back to my normal routine after more than a week being unable to really plan a menu.

What is your plan for the day?

My plan

B: Ham and cheese omelet / toast
L: Chicken Salad / Light Chips
D: Pork Loin / veggie / potatoes
S: Banana / 100 cal snack pack
64 oz of water

Lunch: steamer thingy -  160 - cal    It was honey chicken something....

Dinner:  Not sure...

  • As of 11-10-13 I have had weight gain.  Not happy about that.

Last week in 2 days I somehow gained 6 pounds. WTH?? So i've been having to track my food and cut back my calories to lose them. I've already lost 5 of the 6.

Goal: 1500 calories, 100 grams protein
