Saturday WLS Express

Good morning. My dog wouldn't let me sleepin, slim up. The hubby and I will clean the house, put up some decorations inside the house and groom the dog today. That should keep us busy.

Have fun if you are going to Loraleas dinner. That should be fun. I wish I lived closer so I could go.

My bladder woke me up this morning, I have not changed the clock in the bedroom yet so I thought it was already 8.  I plan to go back to bed shortly.

No word yet as to when Dad is getting out of hospital, hopefully we know something today.  Right now it's my turn to stay over night with him so will relax around the house today and get the grocery shopping done before I have to head back.

Good morning. I woke up at 3am, then 4am, then 6, and then I just got up. I hope to get a nap at some point. I laid down about 45 minutes ago thinking I'd fall asleep but I made the mistake of putting Grey's Anatomy on. OM GOODNESS-that one was intense and just horrible. Bryan said at the end I"d need therapy if that were me and I said hell, I think I need therapy after watching this! So, I'm up now.

Bryan is making pork roast carnitas for everyone tonight. He's been cooking it since last night so it will be nice and juicy. He made the biggest roast I've ever seen.

Good morning, KARLA and all! Beautiful, though somewhat cold, here today. I tried going walking, but didn't get very far, as I wasn't "insulated" enough-willl have to go back again this evening, with Corbin-who won't let a lil cold stop us (TRACEY taught HIM well-me..not so much..lol)..

Today will be sad, yet bittersweet at the same time. We are attending the funeral of Richard"s ex wife. SHE has been ready to die since her husband died 4 yrs ago. She was diagnosed with lung cancer 3 yrs ago. She only took treatment because her kids/grandkids begged her to-and has been thru 3 yrs of living hell. I'm so glad it;s over for her. She was a dear friend to me, and I will miss her very much, but I would not bring her back for one second of the suffering she was going through...RIP, Debbie

(((Gina))) just reading this about Debbie.  I'm sorry she's gone I know you and she were good friends but like you so good to know she is no longer suffering.

Work today and home tonight.  The wild and crazy life of a single guy in E. TX.  May take lady friend from Conroe wild hog hunting after supper and it gets dark.  Be easy enough to do.  We can sit in lawn chairs on my driveway and shoot at them from there.  They are rooting up close to my house where they have never rooted before.

DON-just curious--did you put the "wild hog hunting from the front porch" on the "positive" or "negative" side of your internet dating profile?????? Just kidding--I was "helping" a friend establish her profile the other day, and it was HARD work. Maybe the "wild hog hunting" thing would gets her some wink****s/whatever you can them...hmmmm
