Good morning,

Start of my 3 day weekend.  I am still out of town so not on a normal schedule or food menu for at least the next three days but plan to stay focused.

What is your plan for the day.

My Plan
- Make good food choices
- Watch the portion sizes
- Limit snacking
- Drink 64 oz of water
- Take Vitamins
- Walk

Good Morning All,

It's been a stress-fest at work this week, and my WLS lifestyle & commitments have suffered.  I especially find myself struggling at night.

It's a control thing for me, I'm sure....

Things are feeling out of control and I'm turning to my old friend, FOOD for comfort.

Today's Plan:
- Connect w/ my HP
- Keep things simple
- Basic WLS rules
- Healthy Food choices'
- Exercise
- Rest
