Good morning,

All I know for sure this morning is where I will be eating breakfast the rest is up in the air.

What is your plan for today?


My Plan:

B: Eggs/Waffle and whatever meat the Hotel free breakfast has
-  Male good food choice
- Take Vitamins
- 64 oz of water
-  Watch the snacking

B -  sausage patties (2)
decaf coffee

Lunch:  - Ham & Cheese lunchable - minus the cookies..:)

Dinner:  TV dinner (healthy smart steamer - I think)

  • Current Weight:  263  
  • As of 11-10-13 I have had weight gain.  Not happy about that.
