The weekend is over and time to start a new week. 

What is your plan for the day?

My plan
B: Ham and cheese omelet / toast
L: Chicken salad
D:Pork loin / veggie / potatoes
S; 100 cal snacks
64  oz of water
Take vitamins

Good morning!

B: whole wheat toast w/ scoop of peanut butter
S: grapes
L: Started juicing this wknd so I'll have what's called THE MEAN GREEN (consists of kale, cucumber, lemon, ginger, apples, celery)
S: tropical fruit carbmaster yogurt
D: Haven't eaten out all wknd since hubs has been hunting, so I'm thinking Mexican food!

Good Evening Daily Plate Pals,

Had a stressful day at work, but managed to keep my food in check. Stuck to my meal plan.  

I exercised & took all my vitamins...

So, all things considered, it was a good day.
