No real food plan this weekend, which is normal for me.

What is your plan for the weekend.

Saturdays Plan

B: Breakfast taco
L/D:  Not sure yet
Make good food choices
Be mindful of snacking
Take Vitamins

Good  "Sunday" Morning Daily Plate Pals,

Hope everyone is enjoying the weekend.  

The weather here in Houston is amazing today.  I'm thinking, I MUST go for a long walk with my dog, Princess.

Today is the start of a new week for me and I'm really taking some time to look back at last week and/or think of ways to nurture myself.  It's a stressful time for me at work and I know what this does to me....  So, its time for some serious self-care.

Today's Plan:
- Connect w/ my HP
- OA Meeting
- Prep home w/ healthy/abstinent foods (for me)
- Exercise
- Family Time
- Rest & Relaxation, maybe a good movie
