GOOD MORNING! ALL ABOARD!

I'm getting a late start this morning. We got an extra hour of sleep and we still slept in- rare for us so we'll take it.
I've been a bit busy with the baby stuff. Magdalena Rose was born Thursday. They're going to call her Maggie. She's named after her grandmother who passed away this year. She's very cute but then again I"m pretty biased. lol.
Thursday I worked until the baby was born, went and got Sophia and Maya, and took them to the hospital. Then I spent the night with the girls and took them to school Friday morning. Yesterday we picked Christy and the baby up at the hospital because Manuel had to take Maya to a soccer game and Sophia to ballet.

Hope everyone has a great day today!

Good morning,

Spent the night at the hospital with Dad in Sulphur Springs, we actually felt earthquake last night.  Didn't sleep much last night might have gotten a couple of hours if I am lucky.  Plan to stay here till my sister gets her tonight.  Think he is going to be here for at least another 3 or 4 days, may have to work from his hospital room a some this week.

Hope everyone has a great Sunday.

Got the plaque cleaned up fairly well yesterday and prison museum is/was very educational!  If you get a chance to go - GO.  Lots of creativity and ingenuity on display.  Nothing on the agenda till I head back to the house after lunch.  Oh, and go INSIDE the Starbucks at Huntsville this time to make sure they get my coffee right!

Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

DON-years ago I went to prison museum, in Huntsville-was somewhere "dowtown", I think-my fave part was seeing "Old Sparky"-(the original?)electric chair that was used for years and years for executions. I found the whole place fascinating. I'd love to go tour someplace like Alcatraz someday. Early yesterday I couldn't sleep and spent 5 hrs watching back to back episodes of "Lock Up"..baybe I was a cop in a former life--or a convict!!

Did you happen to take a pic of your dad's plaque? Very nice honor that it is still there, and that you care enough to visit it and keep it readable. Awesome.

Thank you ma'am for the compliment.  The TX Prison Museum is on I-45 at Exit 118.  It is on the east side of the Interstate between the DPS office and Veterans Museum.  As to 'Ol Sparky' it is there and not to be to morbid but I got a really good picture of it with my cell phone.  Makes a great wall paper.

Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!
