I don't have a plan for today............not good !!
B: Chicken biscuit (only 1/2 of the bread)
Lunch: Steamer cafe thingy - beef merlot
Dinner: Not sure..........
I worked late last night and my body is just not wanting to move in the last few days - where did the energy go that I had last week and the week before.....just can't get enough sleep !!

- As of 11-10-13 I have had weight gain. Not happy about that.

Over all, I did OK today. Stuck to my meal plan but still working on my water.
