here is my plan for today
B: SEC McMuffin..........
coffee coffee and some decaf Chai tea is planned...:)
Lunch: Steak and asparagus (from home) yes I cooked last night !! :) deliberately too !!
Dinner: 1% cottage cheese and steak....
I'm thinking I won't need snacks or CRAP with the above !! :)
