Good Morning Ladies,
Hope ever one is doing/feeling well this today. Really struggled with my food yesterday. I feel so relieved that I get to "start over." Work is driving me mad, and I've been turning to old comforting friend, food. This cause all kinds of craziness inside me.
Today's Master Plan:
- Keep it simple
- Connect w/ my HP
- Basic WLS rules
- Take my vitamins
- Drink lots & lots of water
