Good morning, had a good weekend but ate more junk than I should have, but Monday means it's  back to my planned eating routine.

What is your plan for today?


My Plan

B: Ham and cheese omelet / toast
L: chicken breast / veggie
D: Pork loin / veggie / mashed potatoes
S: Banana slices / 100 cal snack pack
64 oz of water

L: leftover carbonara- (had Italian, instead of Mexican food last night)
