Good morning, the weekend has finally arrived but we still need to stay focused. 

Do you have a plan?


My plan for the weekend:

- Drink plenty of water
- Take vitamins
- Make good food choices
- Watch the snacking
- Exercise - Walk

It's Sunday & the start of a new week for me.  I'm taking today as my "fresh-start." 

Today's Plan:
- Prayer& Meditation
- Exercise
- Healthy Food Choices
- Planned Eating
- Drink lots & lots of water
- Come up with sm. weekly goal
- Think of a non-food reward
- Clean house
- Read & Relax

L: leftover sirloin & veggies
D: cheesecake factory- salad, crawfish bites, small pc of banana cream cheesecake

B: donut holes
S; jalapeño sausage kolache
L: menudo
D: Mexican food
