What’s your plan for the today?

L: Grilled chicken with ½ slice of pepper jack cheese / mixed veggie
D: BBQ Chicken helper
S: Fit and Active Cinn Swirl / Frozen banana slices

- Keep it simple
- Stick to my basic WLS rules
- Get to work on time
- Connect w/ my HP all though my day
- Vitamins
- Drink lots & lots of water
- Don't skip meals
- Healthy Food choices / Planned eating
- Balance check book
- Pay bills
- Family time

B: 3/4 cup 1% cottage cheese w/ cinnamon & 1 pkt of splenda done
snack: Lite Yogart done
Coffee.....x3 done
Lunch: 1/2 Chicken Panini sandwich w/ roasted veggies and seasonings pesto done
Dinner: 2nd job is celebrating Employee appreciation month is always in October
so they are brining in Jason's Deli -(not my favorite place since WLS) but oh well.
I so I gotta be good to compensate somewhat for the dinner plans..

- As of 11-10-13 I have had weight gain. Not happy about that.
