Gina....here is the Pumpkin Mousse recipe. Remember if you are making it for a good size crowd you will at least want to double the recipe if not triple it.
PUMPKIN MOUSSE
1 can solid pack pumpkin
1 small package Jello Sugar Free Vanilla Instant pudding
1/4 cup 1% low fat milk
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 - 8 oz. Container Sugar Free Cool Whip
Beat pumpkin, pudding, milk, and cinnamon. Fold in Cool Whip till throughly blended. Cover and chill.
