Hope everyone had a great weekend, I had to work both Saturday and Sunday put still had a good one.


What are your plans for today?

My plan:

B: Bacon and cheese omelet
L: Chicken salad / wasa crackers
D: Something with ground beef
S: Banana slices / 100 cal snack
64 oz of water
Take vitamins
