I'm going to be reading and writing this weekend. I'm working on my dissertation and need to do some revisions to Chapter 2, the literature review. I'm also 9 days per-op so I am very excited!

L: support group meeting @ BJ's Brewery- plan to make "healthy" food choices
D: grilled shrimp, fish & raw oysters

SUNDAY:  Trying to get motivated to go shopping, YES, CAN YOU BELIEVE I JUST SAID THAT!!!  Walked the dogs, hubs and I ate breakfast at Luby's, been grocery shopping and now I need to go out and find a top, shoes and accessories to wear to a "WHITE PARTY".

B: Barbacoa, slice of bacon, eggs
S: sugar free vanilla iced coffee
L: Smoothie King Lean 1 Strawberry (got a $1.99 coupon)
S: Luna smores bar
D: Tbone & baked potato

Have a wonderful Sunday and get out and enjoy the beautiful weather!

D: mahi mahi with sweet pepper sauce

Saturday Update:
- 40 min. walk/jog
- B: 1/2 ommlet, 1/4 c mixed fruit + 1/2 slice whole wheat toast
- L: 1/2 fillet Grilled flounder. 3 grilled shrimp + Mixed Veggies
- S: 1/4c trail mix + 1 sm banana
- D: protien shake
