Sorry for the late start, just got somewhere with internet access.

Holiday for me today and will be at hospital with my Dad most of the day so no food plan today.  But I do have a plan.

Whats your plan for the day?


Get in 64 oz of water
Watch the snacking
Make good food choices
Spend time with Dad

B: ON vanilla protein powder, 1/2 banana, ice, mootopia- magic blenderized
S: cheese stick
L: leftover stuffed chicken/ veggies
S: strawberry/banana carbmaster yogurt
D: pork chop/ veggies

Hola Daily Plate Pals,

Hope everyone had a great weekend.  We had some rain in Houston, and it was sooooo nice.

- Healthy Food Choices
- Planned Eating
- Avoid PM grazing
- OA on-line meeting
- Walk w/ the dog
- Finish my book
