Don't know when and where I will be eating today so don't have a food plan but I do have a plan.

What is your plan this weekend?


Saturdays Plan:
Support Group meeting
Take vitamins
64 oz of water
Make good food choices
Watch snacking

Good Morning Daily Plate Pals,

So glad today is new day. Yesterday I was unhappy and the food kicked my a**.    I was a complete disaster.  --   I'm grateful that I get to, "start over."

Today is a new day & a new story.  Dusting my self off, I'm and back at it.

Saturday's Plan:
- Prayer
- OA Meeting
- Healthy Food Choices
- Planned Eating
- Exercise
- Reading
- A movie (a drama)
- Post new support group discussion

Good morning ladies! Just got back from doing the ExxonMobil 5k run. Lying on my patio chair trying to get motivated to cut the grass!



B: spinach/cheese quiche after the race

S: 1/2 twist donut

L: tuna salad

S: strawberry colada carbmaster yogurt

D: shrimp/ blackened fish
