Hello,

Starting thread before I call it a night.  I actually baked cookies for DH to take to his guys at work and didn't eat a one. 

What are your plans for the day?

B: Ham and cheese omelet // toast
L: Chicken Salad / wasa crackers
D: Steak / asparagus / potatoes
64 oz of water
S: Frozen banana / fun size candy bar
