Daily Plate Weekend Edition
It's a nice morning in the DFW area this morning.
We will use this post for both Sat and Sun. The weekends I don't plan actually food menu like I do during the week and I do tend to get off track.
So what are your plans for today?

Be mindful of food choices
Get in 64 oz of water
Take vitamins

At Goal - maintaining between 115 - 119
Saturday:
B: sampled a few protein treats at the walk
L: poblano soup
D: rotisserie chicken and salad
Snacks: skinny cow cone
~Paige~ -155lbs (lovin' my band)
At GOAL and BMI is healthy!!
B: protein shake
S: banana
L: leftover tortilla soup
S: popcorn
D: lasagna house
Sunday:
Good morning ladies! It's beautiful outside as I sit on the patio with the doggies sipping on a cup of cappuccino!
B: 1 egg, 1 slice bacon, few bites of hashbrowns.
S: sugar free vanilla cappuccino
L: leftover carbonara
S: string cheese
L: hubs is grilling red fish, frying shrimp, oysters, and catfish w/fries
Have a great day!
Exercise cleaning house and bike, elliptical or a walk outside

D. Mrgarita and cheese enchilada and some rice and beans
S something healthy
