I have a day full of ARD meetings today.

This is the end of the work week for me since I am taking a sick day tomorrow. I have to be at LakePoint Medical in Rowlett at 6am in the morning, I worked last Sat and Sun so ready for the weekend.

Will be another busy day at work and don't see an end in sight.

Not going to invoke the 5th - it felt good to sleep in this morning!

Doing what has to be done before an extended road trip to Conroe/Galveston tomorrow.  Have to chase dog stuff at both vets so mini road trip right there.  Maybe even try and walk for the first time in shame to say two weeks.

 Good Afternoon...or at least hope it will be.   I have been having MAJOR issues for a week with internet, home phone and UVerse issues.    Finally this AM I had enough.    I woke up and nothing at all worked.   My services keep going off and on (n more off than on today ).    I may end up dropping UVerse and ATT if they can't get this resolved today.    I am Not patient today AT ALL !!!  UGH then they had the nerve to tell me that they may charge me a service call to come out and service THEIR equipment !!!!  I told them if they did that they could take their equipment with them.   Guess when you have been with a company from the beginning they don't value you as a customer anymore.   UGH I could just scream !!!    Hoping my day gets better.....I hate getting so frustrated over something I have no power over.    I LOVE my UVerse but not if they treat me like this.   I did tell them that they were NOT the only company available  in my area.     I will also be calling them and tell them that I need some discount on my bill due to me being on the phone with them for a hour (my cell is NOT ATT and I have only so many minutes to share between 3 phones ).   That frustrates me too.    I need a Calgone take me away moment today.   LOL    I am so sorry to be venting  but I have dealt with this for hours and hours now...not counting the week off it going off and on.    Hope everyone else is having a great day.   Hopefully mine will be better soon.

Good afternoon! How are you all today? Vivian- sorry about your Uverse issues. That's just crazy. I hope they get it resolved soon. We love our Verizon Vios. Lately though our DVR was upgraded to where we can watch any taped show in any room and now it says it's recorded what we set it to but 4 out of 10 times last week it just froze when I hit play on the show. So it didn't tape it. Am going to have to call I guess.

I had a great time in Galveston. Learned a lot and played some too. I did not like the drive though. Too too long.

Tomorrow I'm having oral surgery. Liz is going to be my driver.

 They just left Alissa and all is now working properly.    I would do Verizon Fios but it isn't offered in my neighborhood.    Hope you do well with the oral surgery tomorrow.   I may have to take my middle son who is in Teen Challenge to have his wisdom teeth cut out.   He they are through the gums but coming in sideways and causing him lots of pain.    I feel so sorry for him though.   I won't be able to take any pain meds if he has that done though due to being a addict of pain meds.
