Didn't exercise this morning since I woke up with a headache...means I have to Saturday.

Good Evening Daily Plate Pals,

I was a complete food mess yesterday.  I'm so glad I was able to start over today.  Did not exercise today, taking a well deserved day OFF.  I did stick to my meal plan and next on the list is SLEEP.

Today is all about being gentle with myself, reading & relaxing.  Need the "down" time for my mental health.
